Scarlett Couture is the daughter of a billionaire fashion mogul who uses her global brand as a front for C.I.A operations worldwide. With a network of talented agents in the world of fashion, the Covert Investigations Group can infiltrate criminal organizations better than other clandestine agencies and Black Op units in the US government.
Although she is a capable operative in the field Scarlett finds herself trying to prove to her mentor/handler Spencer Kelly that she is not a reckless agent and can handle the dangers of the world of espionage, whilst trying to live up to the legend that is her mother Chase Couture, chief operative of the C.I.G and figurehead of the Chase Couture fashion empire.
6 Months from the events of ‘Project Stardust’ (Scarlett Couture- First Series), Agent Scarlett Carver and the Covert Investigation Group hunt for clues that will lead them to LADON :( a computer program designed to access, override and steal information from any computer system) stolen by agents of defense contractor ARMAWOOD; allied with global banking giant- KLASSBANK.
Little do Scarlett and her team know, the real mastermind behind the events of Project Stardust CEO Simon Klass, has been using the LADON program to influence governments, serve organized crime and learn the inner workings of Chase Couture’s business empire before he executes his final game-plan.
The inspiration for the character came from a love of spy films like Mission Impossible, True Lies, and Charlie’s Angels and TV shows like ALIAS and CSI. With capable, resilient, Interdependent female heroes like Lara Croft, Black Widow (Avengers Assemble) Sydney Bristow and Homeland’s Carrie Mathison taking centre stage I felt the urge to create a character that would be just as good as them - but with a better wardrobe.
As much thought went into Scarlett’s clothing as it did her weapons and abilities when fleshing out her persona. She has a great body...and she knows how to accentuate it! After all, in her line of work seduction is key to getting what she wants.
I loved the idea that as a billionaire heir to a fashion empire, she wouldn't think twice about wrecking a $10,000 dress diving through a window or kicking off an $800 pair of Louboutins to give chase to a terrorist hence why she always looks fabulous whatever the scenario.

AGENT SCARLETT EVA CARVER
Daughter of billionaire mogul Chase Carver, Heir to the family fashion empire, and acting Head of Security at Chase Couture. Scarlett is an extremely capable field agent who wants to live up to her mother’s legend. Underneath all the glamour and Instagram influencer hotness, lies something darker: The trauma of being kidnapped and held hostage at the age of 14.
The family business is a front for an international spy network known as the Covert Investigations Group, and Scarlett is the tip of the spear. She would love to have the simple life of a glamour girl over an undercover field operative, but the stakes are too high.
She yearns to bring criminals of the global elite to justice, even if it means breaking protocol now and then.
CEO CHASE CARVER
Scarlett’s mother, CEO of Chase Couture and head of the CIG (Covert Investigations Group). She’s an ex-Cold War-era spy with a bucket load of secrets. To the top boys in Langley, she’s a legend.
Only a few know of her past but the words ruthless, cold, and dependable usually roll off the tongue.
What is known is that years ago at some point, her cover was blown leading to the kidnap of her daughter Scarlett by an unknown splinter group and shortly after, her divorce from her husband Police Lt. Jack Gillis of the NYPD.
But this is not the only secret she’s kept from her daughter, that’s for sure.
TRENT WAYLAND (NOC)
Trent is a Non-Official cover agent who is always available to help out Scarlett on dangerous missions.
Born in the UK to American parents he enlisted in the US Army and graduated top of his class in the US Army, Rifle, Airborne, and SEAL school. where he became an operator with SEAL TEAM FOUR before being recruited for the Black Ops team -FALCON CLAW.
He’s an alpha male that loves living the high life and the ladies. Extremely lethal with or without a weapon Trent is Chase’s favorite asset on the West Coast. Much to the dismay of his former special forces partner- Spencer Kelly.
The two have held a secret grudge against each other for years.
SPENCER KELLY
Scarlett’s handler and Head of Tactical Teams at the CIG.
Spencer followed his father’s footsteps in joining the military at the age of 16. Inducted into Airborne, Ranger, Special Forces Airborne group and SEAL school, Spencer eventually joined the Black Ops group- FALCON CLAW and made his reputation after a 24 hour spell leading the rescue of the Vice -President of the United States and Scarlett Carver.
Spencer is a by-the-book operator who tries his best to stay calm whenever Scarlett breaks protocol...which usually happens more often that not.
THE CIG TEAM
The CIG has a vast number of undercover operatives ranging from models, photographers, stylists, reporters and other helping hands. Scarlett however relies on her most trusted team-mates to aid her in field missions. All experts in their chosen fields and dedicated to helping her bring down the world’s most untouchable criminals.
Agents Kelly Garcia, Stone Faria, Claudia Wang and May Montgomery lead the line and are Scarlett’s go-to operatives for missions that might just need a womans touch.
LT. JACK GILLIS (NYPD)
After surviving 3 tours of Vietnam, honored with 2 Purple Hearts and a Silver Star, Jack Gillis joined the NYPD working his way up to a Homicide Detective
Jack’s high rate of solving cases earned him a promotion to Lieutenant and is one of the most respected cops on the force.
Jack is cool, commanding and treats his daughter Scarlett more like a mentor than a father and he is always the first person she runs to confide in.
Although he hasn’t spoken to his ex-wife in years, Jack is available to help Chase Carver and the CIG in their investigations as long as they don’t step over the line... or pull juristiction.
CEO SIMON KLASS (KLASSBANK)
The villain of the piece.
CEO of banking conglomerate -Klassbank. He has secret ties to money laundering on a vast scale for terrorists, drug traffickers, repressive dictators, organized crime groups and also has the private military firm ARMAWOOD in his pocket who he uses to execute his dirty deeds worldwide.
He was the chief architect behind the theft of LADON ( a top secret defense program that can circumvent most computer system’s security protocols) which he uses to manipulate the banking sector and blackmail governments.
He is as untouchable as they come and has a vast selection of talented people around the world to carry out his plans. However, Simon carries a dark secret that has consumed him. He has learned the Identity of the woman who murdered his father and abandoned him as a child - Chase Carver.
He has waited in the shadows for years planning his revenge and is finally ready to execute his final plan, and not even his half-sister Scarlett... will stand in his way.
