SCARLETT COUTURE INVESTIGATIONS
Scarlett Carver returns in a One Shot Comic book. Release to be announced
At LONDON FILM & COMIC CON this year I was overwhelmed by the customers who came to my stand, saying how much they enjoyed Scarlett Couture-The Munich File, and how many brought copies with them for me to sign. Not to mention how well she's done on my Eva Strongbird Kickstarter Campaign, selling out completely of SC ArtBooks.
You know the deal, if there's a story to be told then a project can get the green light, and up till now I didn't have a story. But, like a double-decker bus in North London, three came at once, and I've spent the week laying the groundwork for the first one.
We've had Scarlett Red, Scarlett Blonde, but for Scarlett Couture Investigations, we'll see Scarlett Carver as a Brunette.
New operatives Yasmin Faris an international theif and her computer expert Kimwai are the lastest additions to the investigations group.
Also, I'll be introducing a new team and format! While the first two adventures were based solely on Scarlett in a Mini-series, this new look will be published as a One-Shot with a self-contained story, allowing any reader to jump on and enjoy the book.
Which also gives me time to focus on my other books. With Katie Rogers, The Blue Lotus Strikes already in the bag, it's only Last Chance For Leah and Eva Strongbird & The Marine, which are at 60% completion, to add to my catalogue.
HOW DO I MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS, YOU MAY ASK? Easy. I focus on one project each month. That allows me to churn out pages.
Expect the usual glamour, fashion and high stakes as Scarlett and her newly formed Investigations group fight to bring down high-profile international criminals ...but have a little fun along the way.
And if that doesn't blow your skirt up...in my downtime (between flights, train travel and when I get five minutes peace before bed... I've been writing a Scarlett Couture Novel. Here's a peek of the opening chapter. Forgive any typos :)
